How I judge a website's success
Three measures, in order:
- Enquiries. Did the new site generate more buyer contacts than the old one — phone, form, WhatsApp combined. This is the only number that matters for service businesses.
- Rankings for the queries that drive enquiries. Not vanity rankings on long-tail terms. Page-one positions for the queries with commercial intent.
- Core Web Vitals + accessibility + indexation. The technical floor. If these aren't right, the first two won't compound.
I don't optimise for design awards or "engagement" metrics that don't link to revenue. The work is judged on whether the business gets more customers afterwards.
Featured case study — Aatma Aesthetics
Healthcare clinic in the UK, existing WordPress site, leads stagnant despite genuine local search demand. Full case study covers:
- The diagnosis (what was broken)
- The redesign approach (architecture, content, schema, conversion path)
- Local SEO baked into the rebuild
- Outcomes — local pack visibility, organic traffic, enquiry volume
- The owner's testimonial in their own words

Portfolio overview
The website design portfolio covers more recent builds — small business sites, redesigns, and a couple of B2B builds where I have permission to publish. Curated, not exhaustive: I show work where the outcomes are measurable and the client is happy to be named.
There's a wider general portfolio covering SEO-led work that didn't include a full design rebuild.
Case studies index
The case studies page goes deeper than the portfolio. Methodology, numbers, what worked, what didn't. Where I have data and permission, the case study includes Search Console screenshots and conversion figures.
What I'm working on now
A small handful of active builds at any given time — usually two to four, because I'm one person and I won't take more than I can deliver well. Sectors currently active include healthcare, professional services, and one B2B SaaS marketing site.
Active client list isn't published live but I'll mention relevant clients on the discovery call where it adds context to your project.
