What Is White Label SEO?

White label SEO is a partnership where you sell SEO to your clients under your own brand and I deliver the work behind the scenes. Your agency owns the client relationship, the contract, and the invoice. I produce the audits, strategy, and deliverables, and they reach your client carrying your agency's name, not mine.

The model lets a web design, marketing, or PR agency offer search as a service without hiring, training, or managing an in-house SEO team. You quote the client, set your margin, and brief me. I return finished work formatted so your team can present it as your own.

Every report, audit, topical map, and content brief ships unbranded or pre-branded to your specification. Your client sees your logo and your account manager. They never see a third party, because the entire engagement runs through your agency as the single point of contact.

This approach builds on the same semantic SEO methodology and topical authority framework I use with my direct clients, applied quietly inside your agency's offering.

Who Is White Label SEO For?

White label SEO suits agencies that already own client relationships but lack senior search capability in-house. Four agency types benefit most.

Web design agencies frequently build excellent sites that never rank, then field client questions about why traffic hasn't arrived. Adding a white label SEO partner lets you answer that question with a deliverable rather than a referral, capturing recurring revenue from clients you would otherwise lose to a specialist.

Marketing and creative agencies run paid, social, and brand work well but treat organic search as an afterthought. A white label partnership lets you add a technical SEO audit, a topical map, and ongoing optimisation to existing retainers without diluting your team's focus.

PR and digital communications firms earn authority through coverage and links but rarely translate that into structured on-page strategy. Pairing your earned media with my on-page SEO and internal linking work turns reputation signals into ranking gains your clients can measure.

Full-service agencies without an in-house SEO carry the broadest exposure. When a retained client asks for search and you have no specialist, you either decline revenue or sub-contract reactively. A standing white label arrangement means search is always available, delivered to a consistent senior standard.

What Does the White Label Service Include?

The white label service covers the full SEO delivery stack, packaged so your agency can resell each component individually or as a retainer. The scope is the same work I deliver to direct clients.

Technical SEO audits identify crawl, indexation, site speed, and architecture issues, returned as a prioritised fix list your developers can action or I can specify in detail. This draws on my technical SEO services and technical SEO audit process.

Semantic SEO strategy and topical maps define what a client site must cover to earn topical authority in its niche. The topical maps translate a business into a structured content plan of pillar topics, supporting pages, and contextual connections, following the topical authority approach.

On-page optimisation restructures existing pages around target entities and search intent, covering headings, internal links, and content depth through my on-page SEO and internal linking work.

Content briefs give your writers, or your client's writers, a semantic specification for every page: entities to cover, questions to answer, and structure to follow. The content briefs remove the guesswork that causes content to miss rankings.

Keyword and demand research maps real search behaviour to commercial intent so the strategy targets queries that convert, not vanity volume, through structured keyword research.

AI search optimisation positions client sites to be cited in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Copilot answers, an increasingly decisive channel covered by my AI search optimisation work.

Monthly reporting templates arrive formatted for you to rebrand. Each report explains progress in plain language your account managers can present to clients without needing to interpret SEO jargon themselves.

What Clients Say

The SEO work delivered real results — I’m seeing more clicks compared to this time last year in Google Analytics, without having to spend loads on advertising. Super impressed.

Dr Shaan Patel

Founder, Aatma Aesthetics · UK

Before working with Sunny, we were getting around 180 organic visits a month. Nine months later we’re at 620 and enquiries from organic have tripled.

James W.

Director · Reading

We went from invisible in local pack to ranking in the top 3 for our main service terms within 5 months. The increase in enquiry rate was roughly 3×.

Sarah M.

Partner, professional services firm · Berkshire

Sunny’s topical map approach was unlike any other SEO work we’d had before. Within 6 months we were ranking for terms we’d never appeared for.

The monthly reporting is clear, honest and always tied to actual business outcomes — not just vanity metrics.

How Does the White Label Partnership Work?

The white label partnership keeps your agency in front of the client at all times. You stay the relationship; I stay invisible. You brief me, I deliver, and you present the work as your own.

You hold the client relationship. All client communication, contracts, and billing run through your agency. I never contact your clients directly unless you explicitly arrange a white-labelled specialist call presented under your brand.

I work behind the scenes to a clear, agreed scope. Each engagement defines fixed monthly deliverables so both sides know exactly what arrives and when. There are no vague retainers where work disappears into untracked hours.

Reporting is agency-branded. Deliverables come unbranded or carry your logo, colours, and templates to your specification, ready to forward to clients without editing.

You get direct senior access, not a junior account handler. The person you brief is the person who does the strategy and the analysis. There is no layer of project managers relaying instructions to offshore staff, which is where most white label arrangements lose quality and context.

This works particularly well alongside an ongoing SEO retainer structure, where predictable monthly deliverables map cleanly to your client-facing retainer pricing.

Why Partner With an Independent Consultant Instead of a White Label Factory?

An independent consultant delivers senior strategy on every account, where a white label factory delivers volume at the cost of depth. The difference shows in the work and in your client retention.

No offshore templated work. Factory white label providers scale by templating audits and content across hundreds of accounts, often through low-cost offshore teams. The output looks generic because it is generic. I produce bespoke strategy per client, grounded in that site's actual data and niche.

Senior strategy on every deliverable. You brief the person who built the methodology, not a sales rep who hands your brief down a chain. Every audit, map, and brief carries the same senior thinking my direct clients pay for.

Transparent methodology. I work to a documented semantic SEO and topical authority process you can understand, question, and explain to your clients. Nothing happens in a black box, which protects you when a client asks how the results were earned.

Capacity-limited so quality holds. As a sole practitioner I take on a finite number of partnerships at once. This caps the volume any single agency can push through me, and that constraint is deliberate: it is how the work stays senior rather than diluting into a queue. Plan around availability rather than assuming unlimited throughput.

The tradeoff is honest. A factory can absorb ten new accounts next week and I cannot. If your priority is genuine senior quality your clients keep paying for, the constraint is the feature.

How Is Pricing Structured?

White label pricing is structured so your agency controls its own client-facing margin. You buy the work at a wholesale level and resell it at whatever rate your market supports. Two models cover most arrangements.

Per-client monthly retainers suit ongoing engagements. You agree a fixed monthly scope per client site, I deliver it, and you wrap it inside your own retainer at your chosen price. This is the cleanest model for agencies building recurring revenue, and it pairs naturally with a structured SEO retainer.

Wholesale per-deliverable pricing suits agencies that want flexibility. You order individual audits, topical maps, or content brief batches as projects demand, paying a fixed price per deliverable with no ongoing commitment.

Your client-facing rate is entirely yours to set. You add the margin that reflects your brand, your account management, and your market. For context on the rates clients expect to pay, my guides on how much SEO costs and what an SEO consultant charges in the UK help you benchmark and price confidently.

Because there is no agency markup on my side, you keep the full spread between wholesale delivery and your client price.

Zero-Risk Engagement

  • No minimum contract — monthly rolling, cancel with 30 days notice
  • You own everything — all content, data, and account access are yours from day one
  • Monthly reporting — traffic, rankings, and milestone progress every month

How Do We Protect Your Client Relationships?

Your client relationships are protected by white-glove confidentiality written into how the partnership operates. The agency owns the relationship, the deliverables, and the client, with no exception.

I do not contact, market to, or solicit your clients at any point, during or after an engagement. Your client list stays yours. Any work I produce for your clients is delivered to your agency and becomes yours to present, retain, and reuse.

Deliverables carry no trace of my involvement unless you choose otherwise. Reports, audits, and briefs arrive ready to forward under your brand, so your client experiences a single, consistent agency relationship throughout.

A clear partnership agreement formalises this: confidentiality, non-solicitation, and ownership of deliverables all sit with your agency. The arrangement is built so you can resell senior SEO with total confidence that the relationship, and the credit, stays with you.
